Since its inception in 2022, Chris has been steering the USA Tournament Series, playing a pivotal role in its extraordinary development. The organization has experienced significant growth from 156 teams in 2023 to over 600 teams in 2024, accompanied by the rollout of seven new events, featuring thrilling venues in Maine, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. Chris credits the swift rise of the USA Tournament Series as the premier youth baseball event operator in New England to the outstanding customer service offered to our clients, the exceptional venues selected for all events, and the strong communication maintained with program directors, coaches, players, and parents. Chris brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as a Travel Club Program Director and coached at the collegiate, high school, and club levels. In 2025, Chris will take on the leadership of the New England Championships, Memorial Day Classic, Cape Cod Baseball Experience, along with the 13u-18u Summer Nationals.
What's your favorite part about working for the USA Tournament Series?
I have two answers to this question:
1. Getting to work alongside my family on a daily basis, this has turned into a bit of a family business. My father, fiancee, sisters, and cousins in one way shape or form have some sort of employment with us and fulfill a necessary role in the successful operation of the business.
2. Helping players get to the next level, as a former college coach my favorite part of the job was the recruiting process and our events help get these players in front of college coaches and can help them reach their goals of playing baseball at the collegiate level.
